Products are eligible for return if:
- Damage occurs to the items during shipment, parcel opening video required for that.
Products are not available for return if:
- The product is damaged while trying. Change of mind.
Can I exchange my item/s?
- We cannot exchange any jewellery item due to hygiene purpose.
